Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Most in-stock items are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons, promotional periods, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and local carrier services.

  • United States: 5–15 business days

  • Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom: 10–20 business days

  • Other international destinations: 15–30 business days

Please note that these delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier disruptions, peak shipping seasons, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

If you have not received your tracking details within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

Change of Delivery Address

Address changes can only be made before an order has been shipped.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify the delivery address.

To avoid delays or delivery issues, please carefully verify your shipping information before completing your purchase.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

For APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, please select "United States Armed Forces" as the country and provide the appropriate APO, FPO, or DPO city designation to ensure proper delivery.

Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package.

If the customer chooses not to have the order reshipped, a refund may be issued for the product cost only. Original shipping fees (if applicable) and any return shipping charges incurred will be deducted from the refund.

cpapcore is not responsible for orders delivered to an address provided incorrectly by the customer.

Taxes and Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and related fees depending on the destination country.

In most cases, applicable duties and taxes are covered by cpapcore. However, customs authorities may occasionally assess additional charges that are beyond our control. Customers will be contacted if further action is required.

Please note that any duties, taxes, or customs-related fees paid are non-refundable in the event of a return.

Customs Clearance

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections and clearance procedures imposed by the destination country's customs authorities.

While cpapcore will make every effort to ensure smooth delivery, customs processing times are beyond our control and may result in delays.

Customers are responsible for providing any information or documentation required by local customs authorities. Failure to cooperate with customs clearance procedures may result in delivery delays, returned shipments, or package disposal by customs authorities.

cpapcore is not liable for delays, additional charges, or losses resulting from customs clearance procedures, customs holds, or import restrictions imposed by the destination country.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

All orders are carefully packed and inspected before leaving our warehouse.

If your package arrives visibly damaged, we recommend inspecting the shipment with the carrier present and documenting any damage before accepting delivery. Please contact us immediately and provide photographs of the package and its contents.

If your order has not arrived within 2 business days after the estimated delivery window has passed, please contact us for assistance.

In the event that a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will investigate the matter and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement shipment or refund where applicable. Investigations typically require 1–3 business days to complete.
