Return & Refund Policy

At CPAPCore, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review the following Return & Refund Policy before submitting a return request.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 calendar days after your order has been delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The return request is submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition.

  • The product is returned in its original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and components.

  • The product shows no signs of use, wear, damage, modification, or misuse.

  • Proof of purchase or the original order number is provided.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used CPAP accessories are not eligible for return or refund, including but not limited to:

  • Mask cushions

  • Nasal pillows

  • Headgear

  • Tubing

  • Filters

  • Other personal-use CPAP accessories

Products are also not eligible for return if they:

  • Are returned more than 7 calendar days after delivery.

  • Are missing original packaging or included components.

  • Show signs of use, wear, damage, alteration, or misuse.

Exceptions

The above restrictions do not apply if the product:

  • Arrives damaged during shipping;

  • Is confirmed to be defective;

  • Is incorrect due to our fulfillment error.

3. How to Request a Return

Before returning any product, you must contact our Customer Support Team to obtain return approval.

Please include:

  • Your order number;

  • Proof of purchase;

  • The reason for your return request;

  • Photos of the product if the return involves damage, defects, or an incorrect item.

We will review your request and provide further instructions by email.

Please do not return any item without prior approval. Unauthorized returns may be refused or may delay the refund process.


4. Return Address

Please do not send products to the shipping address shown on your package.

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide the correct return address and detailed return instructions by email.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


5. Return Shipping Costs

Returns for Personal Reasons

If you are returning an eligible product because you:

  • Changed your mind;

  • Ordered the wrong item;

  • No longer need the product;

you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Returns Due to Our Error

If the return is caused by:

  • A defective product;

  • A product damaged during shipping;

  • An incorrect item shipped by CPAPCore;

CPAPCore will cover the return shipping cost and provide an appropriate resolution after verifying the issue.


6. Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.


7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled at no charge before they have been shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. If your order qualifies under this policy, you may submit a return request after delivery.


8. Inspection of Returned Products

After we receive your returned package, we will inspect the product within 1–3 business days.

If your return is approved, we will begin processing your refund.

If the returned product does not meet the requirements of this policy, we will notify you by email. If you request the product to be returned to you, any additional shipping costs will be your responsibility.


9. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds are generally processed according to the following timeline:

  • Return inspection: 1–3 business days

  • Refund issued after approval: within 3 business days

  • Bank or payment provider processing: typically 5–10 business days

The time required for the refund to appear in your account depends on your financial institution or payment provider.


10. Refund Amount

If your return is approved, your refund will include the purchase price of the returned product.

Because Standard Shipping is provided free of charge for U.S. orders, there are no outbound shipping charges to refund.

Return shipping costs paid by the customer are non-refundable unless the return is due to:

  • A defective product;

  • Shipping damage;

  • An incorrect item sent by CPAPCore.


11. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery.

To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please provide:

  • Your order number;

  • Photos of the shipping package;

  • Photos of the product;

  • A brief description of the issue.

After reviewing your request, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, a partial refund, or a full refund.
